Delete Your Account
WillDo Services App — account and data deletion
You can delete your WillDo Services account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this — use whichever is easier for you.
Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the WillDo Services app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
Your account is closed and your data removed as described below. This cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account for you:
Send the request from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will confirm your identity, action the request, and email you when it is done. You can also call us on 1800 WILLDO (1800 945 536).
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes the personal data held in your profile, including:
- Your name, email address, phone number and address
- Your ABN and banking details (BSB and account number)
- Uploaded identification, White Card and other licences or certifications
- Your profile photo
- Your timesheet entries, job assignments and job applications
- Your notification and communication preferences
What we may need to keep
Some records cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep them — in particular employment, payroll and taxation records, which Australian law obliges us to retain for a set period. Where we keep such records, we keep only what the law requires, we stop using them for any other purpose, and we delete them once the retention period ends.
How long it takes
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are actioned within 30 days of us verifying your identity, and usually much sooner.
